We offer anxiety resiliency groups for children aged 4 to 17 years. Our anxiety prevention program addresses the cognitive, physiological and behavioural processes that are known to interact in the development, maintenance and experience of anxiety. The program we use has been proven to significantly reduce anxiety in children and to help children improve their emotional regulation.

Groups are typically offered from October to December and from January to March.

We also offer 8-week social skills groups for children in grades 2-3 and grades 4-6. The development of positive social skills fosters emotional resiliency, improves behaviour, and enhances academic success, while promoting the healthy expression of anger and frustration through appropriate ways.

Children with diagnosis such as ADHD, social deficits, or learning problems are excellent candidates for our groups. However, children without any difficulties can also benefit. Individual sessions for social skills and anxiety resiliency are available for children and adolescents any time of the year.
